"My name is Ken Dostie. My dad, Don, started Arken in 1972. I’ve been working here for quite some time, too. This web site is my opportunity to tell you a little about our company. We’re located in Cleveland, Ohio, but service customers all over the U.S. We are a small shop, but we keep two valuable assets on-hand: 1) Employees that have been with us for generations, and; 2) A comprehensive carbide die inventory. What does that mean to you? Well, the fact that our machinists are experienced and trained means that when they see something "fishy" in a job, they bring it to our attention. Experience means that we can help engineer effective solutions for you, too. Also, our in-house inventory often allows us to turn some jobs the same day that they hit our door. We’re not big, but we’re experienced, we’re reliable and we’re fast. Dad always said, ‘Bigger isn't better, better is better!’ and I agree."
